Terms and Conditions

Atelier Facial Contouring ships to residential and business addresses within the United States and U.S. Territories. The timing of delivery is dependent on carriers, and we cannot guarantee delivery day and time. However, we will do our best to deliver your packages on time. 

If the package is damaged, please email hello@atelier-facialcontouring.com. We will refund or replace the product as soon as possible. For all U.S. online orders, full-price items may be returned or exchanged within 15 days of placing your order. Items must be unopened, and unused, and they have to be with their original packaging. We will request photos as proof of unopened/undamaged products. Returns must be received at our studio before we can replace them. 

If you need to return or exchange any products, please email hello@atelier-facialcontouring.com Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with their Return or Exchange unless the product is damaged or missing.
